Concretely, the site is built with semantic landmarks and headings, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, text contrast at AA levels or better, forms with proper labels, and respect for reduced-motion settings.

Known limits

The sample pack is a faithful reproduction of the WH-347 form layout, which is a dense government table. If that format is hard to use, contact us and we will walk through its contents or provide the figures in a simpler layout.
